If for any reason you are not happy with your earrings, our comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy ensures you can return or exchange your items in a simple, hassle-free process. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at contact@regalshimmer.com or call us at (865) 484-1446. Provide your order number, a description of the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.
- Step 2: Our team will guide you through the process and send you a return authorization along with detailed instructions.
- Step 3: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Step 4: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method or provide an exchange, depending on your preference.
3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@regalshimmer.com or call (865) 484-1446. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. We will also cover any return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please follow the same process as for returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the designated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional time for the transaction to be processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@regalshimmer.com.
7. Shipping and Handling Fees
Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products. We do not cover the cost of return shipping for items that are simply unwanted or exchanged.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may have already been processed, and it may not be possible to cancel it. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
9. International Returns
If you are returning a product from outside the United States, please be aware that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any customs fees or duties incurred for returns are also the responsibility of the customer.
